From pharmacy to patisserie

Gastronomy
The St. Regis Budapest Klotild Patisserie

Klotild Patisserie will soon open on the ground floor of the historic building of The St. Regis Budapest, on the Pest side of Elisabeth Bridge, welcoming guests in the former premises of a restored pharmacy.

Klotild Patisserie has found its home in one of the palace's most remarkable spaces: it welcomes guests in the carefully restored interior of a former pharmacy. Preserving the original wooden furnishings and historic details creates an atmosphere in which the legacy of the past and contemporary sophistication live side by side in natural harmony. The result is a meeting place that is at once timeless and full of life, and a perfect choice at any time of day.

The artisan-minded outlet offers freshly baked pastries, signature desserts and savoury dishes available all day. As the hotel's operators write in a recent announcement, the focus is on seasonal ingredients and modern European gastronomy.
