Created through a partnership between the XANGA Group and the international Accor Group, the hotel welcomes guests with 72 modern rooms and 16 apartments.
With four-star feel but an official three-star superior rating, the hotel – with its aviation-inspired design and convenient location – offers an ideal solution mainly for business and leisure guests arriving by air, Turizmus Online reports, citing an article on visitdebrecen.com.
According to the report, the hotel was presented at the Debrecen Corporate Leaders’ Meeting, where the hotel’s director, Tumanovskyi Mykola, highlighted that this is the first ibis Styles hotel in Debrecen and that their aim is for guests to experience the brand’s distinctive design and service style. He added that the Accor group is thereby further strengthening its presence in Eastern Hungary.
According to Herdon István, CEO of XANGA Ventures Fund Management, the new hotel is not only a much-needed investment in the airport area but also contributes to the development of the city’s business infrastructure. In his words, the hotel “targets a new segment”, and the investment serves “the development of the airport’s business environment”.
