The concept is based on dishes that were prepared and served in the Corvin Palace building almost 100 years ago. The dishes on the lunch menu are reimagined with a contemporary approach by four of the Market's restaurants: Szaletly, Casa Christa, Canteen and LIRA by Essência.
The month also holds surprises for wine lovers: at the Bikavér Március events they can discover special red wines, while champagne lovers can attend an exclusive tasting by the Taittinger Champagne house featuring eight vintages. The recently launched Chef’s Table series continues on 19 March, when the Tuning Burger team presents an exciting multi-course menu at a private gastro evening.
