Our philosophy:
The Elsyée Bistro is the proud successor of the legendary café of Kossuth Square, the Elysée, founded by the Gönczi brothers. Our goal is to continue the tradition of gastronomy, open to new innovations, and blending the characteristics of the famous Hungarian cuisine and the French bistro kitchen, Elysée Bistro & Café is a meeting place for gourmets. We welcome you in a friendly, cosy environment that blends elements of a peaceful café and a modern bistro.
Just like our predecessors, our goal is to keep the Parliament area full of colourful life and big smiles. With our delicacies, the outstanding scenery of Budapest and a few personal, warm words, we look forward to welcoming you!
