The Columbus Ship is anchored in the heart of the city centre, between Elisabeth Bridge and Chain Bridge, on the most beautiful part of the Danube bank in Pest. Its different sizes can be used flexibly to accommodate different types of events. For example, weddings, family or corporate events, conferences, press conferences, banquets, gala dinners, Christmas parties, etc.
The Santa Maria room with a capacity of 160 people, glass windows and a full panoramic view is ideal for larger events. The room is air-conditioned and can be heated in winter. The 80-seat Danube Terrace, directly adjacent to the restaurant, is open from spring to autumn.
On the other side of the ship is our renovated 80-seat rooftop terrace, also open from spring to autumn, so guests can enjoy a close-up view of Europe’s largest river and Buda Castle, which has weathered the historic storms of centuries.
Our restaurant offers Hungarian and international cuisine, interpreted by the ambitious star chef Róbert Tobai, well-known from his cookbooks and gastronomic TV shows.
Parking is possible on the quay.
