Noszvaj is one of the cleanest towns in the country, popular with gastro-adventurers and of great tourist interest. Noszvaj, near Eger, was originally founded by Italian settlers. This is where the name comes from, as it means “Our village” in Latin.
The history of our baby-friendly wellness hotel began before the 1900s, when Berta Steinhauser married General Gyula Galassy. Their former residence, near the De la Motte castle in Noszvaie, probably 1901-1904. they built the Berta-major (Galassy mansion), the centre of their modern farm, which is now our hotel.
Great care was constantly taken to tidy up the castle’s surroundings. Count Galassy enjoyed travelling to far-flung places around the world, bringing with him from his East Asian tours the experience of bathing, meditation and the special Japanese wellness – ZEN Spa. On the estate he created a lake with small bridges and a bathhouse, which is thought to have stood on the site of the hotel’s current ZEN Spa.
THE XX. In the second half of the century, the building was used as a company holiday resort and later as a hostel. After the renovations, from June 2012, a four-star children- and baby-friendly wellness hotel, meeting today’s needs, awaits families looking for relaxation with a variety of unforgettable experiences, outdoor and indoor programmes. Tucked away among the towering trees of a four-hectare park, the uniquely designed Oxygen Family Hotel**** Superior, with its own adventure park, all-day animation and excellent gastronomy, has instantly become one of the most popular hotels in the English countryside.

Standard double rooms
For couples, one of our Standard double rooms with shower is ideal. The earth-toned interior and furnishing design brings nature within reach, as the hotel
across the whole of our territory. The majority of our standard rooms have a bunk bed, which can be made up as a bed for children.
Deluxe rooms
If you prefer a larger space, you’ll feel right at home in one of our Deluxe Rooms! These one-room rooms with shower can accommodate families with up to 2 children or two babies. Two rooms have been designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
Deluxe mini family rooms
For families travelling with 2 small children, our Deluxe mini family rooms are ideal, with 2 155 cm high podiums. So the two little ones – although sleeping in the same room with their parents – can wait for their sleepy moments in their own little cave! Our deluxe mini family rooms are located on the reception floor in a privileged location, close to our Zen Spa wellness area and De la Motte restaurant.
Mini suites
Our Mini Suites with bathtub and baby-friendly bath are a special feature of our wellness hotel room types. In these one-room suites, the bathroom has a shower in addition to the spectacular bathtub in the room. The double mini suites are comfortable for families with one or two children, or couples on a romantic trip.
Oxygen Suites
The speciality of our hotel is that we can accommodate families with several children or grandparents in 2 air suites. Our oxygen suites consist of 2 rooms: a bedroom and a living room, where 3 adults and children can be comfortably accommodated. The two air spaces are separated by glass or wooden doors. One of our Oxygen Suites with shower is ideal for multi-generational trips or families with 2-3 children!
Deluxe Suites
Our forest wellness hotel offers 2 airy Deluxe Suites for up to 4 adults with children. We welcome families with grandparents as well as families with more than one child, as parents with 4-5 children are welcome to come
or parents with grandparents and 2-3 children can stay comfortably in our spacious Deluxe Suites. A total of 4 Deluxe Suites are separated by wooden or glass doors, two of which have en-suite bathrooms with showers and two of which have bathtubs in addition to the en-suite bathrooms.
Double Comfort Suites
In our double-comfort suites, the whole family can relax together, yet everyone has their own space and freedom! Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites are converted into standard rooms with an extra bed to provide a cosy space for your family. So it’s ideal for parents travelling with 3-4 children, or for families with grandparents and children who want to make practical use of both bathrooms with showers.

Restaurant
We have a passion for making delicious food. Every day, we work with our chefs to serve your favourite dishes. It’s important to us that our dishes are an unrivalled success with our guests, deliciously delicious and healthy. We often cook for our guests from family recipes, and our experience is that these are our hotel’s most popular dishes. In no time at all, we can conjure up delicious dishes for our guests with special dietary requirements or those on a diet.
In our child- and baby-friendly hotel in Noszvaj, our gourmet Hungarian dishes are made from natural ingredients. Our hotel has two cosy restaurants, a children’s buffet and a seasonal shaded terrace.
Dining options
Breakfast and dinner are served from a generous buffet in the restaurant of our wellness hotel, and some packages also include lunch for adults. At breakfast, we offer local flavours, artisan cheeses and jams, made using traditional methods on the area’s famous family farms. Our pastries are baked fresh. At lunchtime, you can choose from our seasonal menu, complemented by a children’s and baby menu. And at dinner, our guests also enjoyed the wild and forest specialities of the region.
We
a children’s jiva in the Bambino restaurant area, built right next to the restaurant, will create a fun atmosphere. Children are welcome not only with their favourite dishes at the children’s buffet, but also with a two-storey brick play castle and baby corner in the play cuckoo. Children under the age of 10 years receive all-inclusive treatment. They can have snacks, fresh fruit, yoghurt and fruit juices at any time outside main meals.
We’ve also made sure babies are well fed, with a range of baby foods available at all times of the day. A high chair, baby feeding utensils and hygiene products are also available to facilitate feeding.
We thought it was important that parents could also dine in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere, so we decided to create our new playroom with direct access from the restaurant of our wellness hotel, as children get bored quickly when their bellies are full. With our children’s all-inclusive* service, we’ll treat you to the flavours that kids love: grilled milk, spaghetti and many other delicacies, but of course you can also choose from the adult menu in our child-friendly wellness hotel restaurants.
Wellness options
In our Zen Spa family wellness realm, you can feel the serenity and harmony, as well as the energy you feel as you recharge. The swimming/family pool is 20 metres long and widens in the middle, where the water depth is also suitable for children. The sun’s penetrating rays turn the swimming area into a sunbathing area with a view of the ZEN garden.
Our swimming pool is bordered by two jacuzzis, which also offer unrivalled views. For a truly rejuvenating relaxation, try our Finnish, infra-red and steam saunas. In our children’s bathing garden, 3 pools of different depths and a children’s aroma sauna are available for the little ones.
