Hotel Narád & Park

The four-star Hotel Narád & Park welcomes guests at a wonderful spot in the Mátra Mountains, in Mátraszentimre. The hotel is set at an altitude of 810 metres in beautiful forest surroundings.

The hotel's location is unrivalled: it is just 50 m from the centre of Mátraszentimre. The village is 32 km from Gyöngyös and 25 km from Pásztó and Parád, while Eger is 60 km away. Thanks to the roads into the Mátra, renewed in 2017, the hotel is easily accessible both by car and by scheduled bus services.

Rooms

The hotel offers 41 standard and superior double rooms, 3 family rooms and 5 large family apartments. All rooms have a television, telephone, minibar, in-room safe, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi, ensuring suitable accommodation both for guests arriving with their families and for conference participants. Most rooms have a shower cubicle and can take an extra bed.

Event options

Our 95 m² event room enjoys a special location, with a wonderful view over the valley and large glazed walls. Basic technical equipment is included with the room, such as: projection equipment – projector, flipchart, screen – 1 wireless microphone and free Wi-Fi access.

Dining

Our Panorama Restaurant, which seats nearly 130 people, dazzles guests not only with its flavours but also with a magnificent view – as the name suggests. Hotel guests are served a buffet breakfast and dinner. We strive to satisfy every need in our restaurant, so our menu includes traditional dishes, but as Slovak culinary traditions are very much alive in Mátraszentimre, we also like to treat our guests to local flavours. Our younger guests will also find their favourites on the menu, with a children's menu for the little ones. Special diets (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, etc.) can be requested; we can provide the necessary meals by prior arrangement.

Wellness facilities

For those seeking rest, the 350-square-metre wellness area provides relaxation. Indoor pools, leisure features, infrared and Finnish saunas, the children's pool slide and the tepidarium guarantee a rejuvenating experience. There is also a swimming pool with an average temperature of 27–28 degrees, a surface area of 60 square metres and a maximum depth of 1.4 metres.

Right next to the swimming pool is a leisure pool with various features that help you relax. Its water is 32–34 degrees, it covers 70 square metres, and its depth ranges from 1 to 1.5 metres. There is also a pool for children, covering 18 square metres, at around 36 degrees and 40 centimetres deep, for our younger guests. The salt bath, the smallest at our hotel in size, is a sitting bath containing salt concentrate that tempts with 34-degree water.

Active guests can use a gym equipped with cardio machines, and our masseur provides the crowning touch to relaxation.
