Hotel Eger & Park

At Hotel Eger & Park, modern elegance meets classic style. The Park wing is known for its century-old history, while the Eger wing became known as the town’s first modern hotel. This interweaving of styles still characterises the interior today, creating a unique and special atmosphere.

The Eger wing

The Hotel Eger wing is the centre of the hotel. This wing houses the reception, the wellness area, the children’s corner and the Piano Drink bar, where we welcome guests with themed evenings and a wide range of cocktails. On the ground floor, the London Bar & Bowling, with two bowling lanes and two billiard tables, guarantees carefree entertainment.

The wing has 177 rooms of different layouts, so guests of every age will find the one that suits them best. Families can choose from a number of family rooms, i.e. interconnecting rooms, and apartments. Most rooms have a balcony overlooking the street or the Archbishop’s Garden (Érsekkert). The lively, modern colour scheme and comfortable, functional furnishings offer the perfect solution for every type of guest.

Room amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar, television, telephone and a hairdryer in the bathroom. All rooms have two beds, which can be pushed together or apart as required; they all measure 90 cm x 200 cm.

The Park wing

This listed building has served tourism in Eger for almost a hundred years.

Furnished in a traditional bourgeois style, the building offers suites and Classic, Deluxe and Superior rooms to those seeking relaxation.

The Park building complex can be reached from the Eger wing through an enclosed internal corridor. In addition to the Baroque-style rooms and suites, the Park wing also houses the hotel restaurant, the winter garden and the Gesztenyés terrace, open in summer.

In summer, our playground and even the town’s most beautiful park, the Archbishop’s Garden, can easily be reached from the terrace.

Accessible services for guests with reduced mobility

Hotel Eger & Park considers it particularly important to provide services that meet the needs of guests with reduced mobility. Guests with disabilities coming to Eger to relax are welcomed in an accessible room. Beyond the accessible room, we can also provide the hotel’s related services in an accessible way.

To make the wellness area accessible, lifts have been installed at the stairs, and hoists at the swimming pool and adventure pool. The combination sauna, which offers the beneficial effects of a Finnish or infrared sauna, can also be used by wheelchair users.
