The Columbus Ship is moored in the heart of the city centre, between Elisabeth Bridge and Chain Bridge, on the most beautiful stretch of the Pest bank of the Danube. Its rooms of different sizes can be used flexibly, so many kinds of events can be held there: for example weddings, family or corporate events, conferences, press conferences, banquets, gala dinners, Christmas parties, etc.
With a capacity of 160 people, glass windows and a full panoramic view, the Santa Maria room is ideal for larger events. The room is air-conditioned and, of course, heated in winter. The 80-person Danube Terrace, directly adjoining the restaurant, is available to guests from spring to autumn.
On the other side of the ship is our renovated 80-person roof terrace, also open from spring to autumn, where guests can enjoy a close-up view of Europe's largest river and of Buda Castle, which has weathered the storms of centuries of history.
Our restaurant offers Hungarian and international dishes as interpreted by ambitious star chef Róbert Tobai, well known from his cookbooks and TV cookery shows.
Parking is available on the embankment.
