The Kozmo Hotel Budapest is welcoming the winter season with a new, creative menu on which chef Feith Attila presents flavour combinations that exceed even the highest culinary expectations. The elegant, fine-bistro-style offering brings together premium ingredients, modern kitchen technology and aesthetics – at affordable prices and with a guest-friendly approach.
The chef’s aim was to create a menu that combines international flavours with Hungarian traditions while retaining the understated elegance that has become the restaurant’s trademark. Familiar dishes return here with a twist, offering something new in both flavour and presentation. The result is a menu that offers a bucket-list experience for passing gourmets, returning foodies and hotel guests alike.
“For me, winter is the season of comfort, warmth and bold flavours. The menu features dishes that are not only delicious but also inspiring – whether for a cosy weekday dinner or a special occasion,” says chef Feith Attila.
Highlights from the seasonal menu
The Thai green curry prawn starter brings exotic flavours, the Serrano ham and manchego croquetas bring the favourite tapas of the Spanish owners, while the Goat’s cheese tart with smoked almonds and figs evokes the elegance of French country cooking. The classic French onion soup with sourdough bread and Gruyère on the menu offers a real “comfort food” feeling, while the Caramelised parsnip and coconut cream soup is an exotic and spicy interpretation of modern fusion cuisine. The Udon Carbonara and the Potato gnocchi reimagine traditional dishes, while the Farmhouse chicken breast supreme or the Osso Buco braised in red wine can be the elegant stars of festive meals. Sandwiches and the street food experience also arrive in elegant form: the Angus beef burger and the Club bagel are made with premium ingredients, and the menu also features the plant-based Beyond Burger, which makes no compromise on quality. Grill specialities such as Norwegian salmon, Argentine red prawns and the 250-gram NY Strip steak promise refined flavours and spectacular presentation. The Tonka bean crème brûlée, the Dark chocolate mousse with chilli sour cherries or the Lemon tart with yuzu caviar are the perfect end to the meal – classic, modern and special all at once.
The new favourite haunt of gourmets in the heart of the city centre
The Kozmo Hotel’s restaurants have become a popular meeting place not only for hotel guests but also for local business people and passing gourmets. The aim of the new winter menu is to appeal to an even wider audience – including those looking for a true fine-bistro-quality taste experience at an affordable price.
