In the magical, 6,000-square-metre world of Walk My World, reminiscent of a film set, gods, heroes and strange creatures from myth await the public to discover an experience like never before.
In this attraction, which engages every sense, an ancient mythical story comes to life in modern form through the language of contemporary circus and dance. The concept of the immersive production was developed over a creative process of more than five years by Vági Bence’s company, the creative team of the world-renowned Recirquel. The captivating universe of Walk My World welcomes audiences at the Millenáris Nagycsarnok from November 2025.
Anyone who steps through the gates of the attraction wakes up in another reality. It is as if they had dropped into the backstage of a film, surrounded by a space of breathtaking richness waiting to be explored, and by gods, mortals and strange creatures from myth. Following their own path, they can discover the stories of the mythical heroes of legendary Troy and Carthage.
In this world, woven through with the games of the gods, intrigue, scheming and love, anything can happen to anyone. It is entirely up to the spectator where they go, what they discover, whom they follow, whose secret room they peep into through the keyhole, and whether they taste a potion left behind in a sultry room.
Unravelling the gripping story is in everyone’s own hands: each visitor can create their own unique, unrepeatable reality. Moving from room to room, from space to space, they may come across new secrets, extraordinary creatures or another episode of the events they are following.
In every part of the vast, 6,000-square-metre space, undiscovered details and mysteries, devastating battles, bustling crowds and demigods of the underworld await the spectators, while enchanting characters draw them in.
The production brings to life the well-known story from the epic of the ancient Roman poet Virgil: the tragic love of Aeneas and Dido. Reborn in modern form, the myth comes alive in a way unique in the world, amid stunning contemporary circus and dance performances, creating a pulsating, sensual world and an experience that engages every sense. Walking among the installations, spectators can watch the performers at very close quarters as they continually reveal new mysteries before their eyes.
The attraction is theatre, exhibition, role-play and an adventure novel made flesh all at once – an innovative, captivating cultural and entertainment experience through and through. Its story, unfolding and taking shape along dozens of threads, grips visitors from the very first moment; beyond the events unfolding around them, they will also marvel at the richness of the monumental performance space, reminiscent of a film set. The vast majority of the props can be touched and examined, and many objects even tell further stories.
