The jubilee 15th KávéBár Bazár, the leading event of Hungary's coffee and bar scene, takes place on 15 and 16 February 2025 in the great hall of Millenáris Building B.
At KávéBár Bazár, Hungary's number one large-scale event for the trade and for coffee lovers, the best of the coffee world will be on show, including the latest machines and equipment, the newest releases from coffee roasters, and even plant-based drinks. With an entry ticket, visitors can taste unlimited samples from the products of nearly fifty exhibitors.
Espressos, filter coffees and a variety of milk-based drinks are made from speciality coffees sourced from the world's finest growing regions. More and more stands let you try and take home premium coffee capsules, and quite a few Hungarian roasters are arriving with super-exclusive, limited premiere coffees, which guests can both taste and buy. Some stands will even feature exclusive coffee machines that cost as much as a mid-range car.
A wide range of side events awaits visitors over the two days. The coffee tasters' competition (Cup Tasters) will be held in both professional and amateur categories; at the Masquerade Cocktail Show, female bartenders will make carnival-season drinks; and there will also be a live roasting show, talks and masterclasses on stage.
In the Tasting Room, the guided tastings will feature beer cocktails alongside a new generation of non-alcoholic spirits, while fermented vegetables, and even crickets and bugs, may also end up on the plates.
