Estate Structure and Spatial Design
The 1.5-hectare enclosed garden comprises 7 separate buildings forming a cohesive estate. Guest rooms are located partly in carefully renovated 200-year-old houses and partly in a newly built pavilion wing. The restaurant operates in the former pharmacy building, while the mini spa with panoramic sauna is situated in a separate structure. Meeting spaces are located in dedicated, distinct areas.
Workspaces, dining areas, accommodation and wellness facilities are clearly separated yet connected within a few minutes’ walking distance. Movement between spaces creates a natural rhythm throughout the day and supports clear transitions between focused work and informal interaction, all within a private and easily navigable estate.

The property is single-level.

The restaurant is a defining element of the estate. Located in the former pharmacy building, the kitchen is led by our in-house chef, who designs menus based on prior consultation, understanding the structure of the program, the composition of the group and individual dietary requirements.
Meal timing follows the schedule of the training. Light lunches maintain afternoon concentration, while served, fixed-menu dinners provide a structured setting for shared conversations. Coffee breaks are aligned with the daily rhythm of the program.
