Operated by Hotel & More Group, Balatonfüred Kongresszusi Központ has quickly become one of the rising venues on the Hungarian MICE market. It is a strong professional endorsement that, in its third year of operation, the vast majority of events held here are returning events. This confirms not only the venue's facilities but also the partnerships it has built with organisers.
One of the keys to its success is the destination itself: Balatonfüred. The capital of the northern shore of Lake Balaton shows a different face in every season, making it an ideal location for conferences, corporate events and professional meetings alike. The congress centre is one of the largest-capacity conference venues on the Balaton shore, complemented by the town's wide range of hotels and other accommodation. This allows event organisers to offer their partners flexibly assembled, tailor-made packages.
The centre's “secret weapon”, however, is the professional and technical background that makes organisers' work easier. Flexible spaces, modern lighting and sound technology, spacious, bright interiors and a well-prepared professional team provide a solid foundation for all kinds of events. All this is complemented by a special feature that few conference venues can claim: Lake Balaton is just a stone's throw away.
Today, the success of an event is determined not only by the number of presentations or the quality of the programme, but also by the experience participants take home with them. The proximity of nature, the calm small-town atmosphere and the close cooperation between the congress centre and local hotels offer a complex experience package that delivers real added value for event organisers.
If you have not yet organised an event in Balatonfüred, it is worth experiencing it for yourself: here, organising really is a pleasure! Request a quote today at info@dayholiday.hu!
