Our saunas are made of resin-free pine and heat up to 80-110\u00b0C by heating volcanic rock. The recommended dwell time is 10-15 minutes, which can be repeated a few times.<\/p>\n
The temperature of 40-50 \u00b0C creates a pleasant climate that is not stressful for the body, and the different colour games have a relaxing and invigorating effect.<\/p>\n
Relax in our aromatic cabin with a variety of plant essential oils, where heated seats make relaxation more pleasant. Fragrances: eucalyptus, lemongrass and orange.<\/p>\n
The evaporating salt content has a beneficial effect on the body: it softens the skin and has an anti-inflammatory effect when inhaled. The illuminated salt wall enhances the evaporation of salt. Chronic respiratory diseases and asthma are well treated in the special microclimate.<\/p>\n
Our steam bath has a temperature of 35-40 \u00b0C and a high water vapour content. The recommended stay is 10-15 minutes, followed by a 30-minute rest.<\/p>\n
The air temperature is 35-45 \u00b0C, with no high humidity or steam. Daily use is also recommended. In addition to their healing effect, infrared rays heat up our bodies without the air being transmitted. With the help of biological functions triggered by infrared radiation, the sweating rate can be twice as high as in a traditional sauna and more harmful substances are removed from the body.<\/p>\n
